Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
JIMENEZ DE NALDA, S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a business relationship with the user. The planned operations for processing are:
- Sending commercial communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows for commercial communication. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

- Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
- Sending the online newsletter about updates, offers, and promotions related to our activities.
What authorizes us to process your personal data?
The processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
- By legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: conducting market studies, statistical analysis, and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.
How long will we store your personal data?
Data will be retained no longer than necessary for the purpose of processing or as long as there are legal obligations that mandate their custody. When data is no longer necessary, it will be deleted using adequate security measures to ensure anonymization or complete destruction.
Who do we share your personal data with?
No personal data will be shared with third parties unless necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, in which case data will be shared with service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has confidentiality and processing contracts in accordance with current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of data, as well as limitation or opposition to their processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By marking the relevant checkboxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to address their request, by the service provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for providing an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet their needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for processing personal data under its responsibility and, notably, with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring that the data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and that it is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise their rights.
